3. General Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Due to the nature of digital services, most purchases and service fees are considered final and non-refundable once the work has commenced.

  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

3.2 Order Cancellation Before Processing

  • Clients may request a cancellation before work begins. If approved, a full refund will be issued.

3.3 Order Cancellation After Processing

  • If a project has already started, partial refunds may be considered, depending on the work completed.

  • If Glaze IT Solutions is unable to deliver a service due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued.

4. Exceptions and Additional Considerations

4.1 Technical Issues

  • If a technical error occurs due to Glaze IT Solutions’ fault and the service cannot be delivered, the client may be eligible for a refund upon review.

4.2 Violations of Terms of Service

  • Glaze IT Solutions reserves the right to withhold refunds or cancel orders if a client violates our Terms and Conditions.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and can take between 7-30 business days.
